Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on bakery production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Maintain conveyors, mixers, ovens, packaging equipment, slicers, and other production machinery.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely repairs to minimize production interruptions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders.

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a safety-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

11:00pm-7:30am Monday-Friday

What's the Job?
