Job summary

ESI Construction is seeking a Mechanical Estimator to support multiple project teams by preparing cost summaries, takeoffs, and estimates for proposals. The role requires familiarity with standard construction industry practices and a focus on process piping systems.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s in construction management and 1–4 years of estimating experience, with at least 3+ years in HVAC systems and piping. MS Office and Bluebeam proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field; 1–4 years estimating experience.
• 3+ years of experience estimating HVAC systems and piping knowledge.
• Strong leadership, integrity, reliability, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Aid in producing accurate estimates including subcontractor solicitation and quantity takeoffs.
• Review and interpret contract documents (RFP, specs, etc.).
• Complete full quantity take-offs and data entry of labor, equipment, and materials.
