RFA Engineering is seeking an experienced Mechanical Validation Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute vibration and structural dynamics testing on engines and related systems. You will work with design, simulation, instrumentation, and validation teams to ensure quality, reliability, and successful product improvements.
The role involves developing instrumentation plans, conducting various tests, analyzing data, and communicating technical conclusions to stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced candidate to become an integral part of our engineering team. The selected candidate will work with an experienced engineering staff using state-of-the-art engineering tools & processes.
This position will focus on planning, coordinating, executing, and analyzing vibration and structural dynamics testing on engines and related systems. The successful candidate will work closely with design, simulation, instrumentation, and validation teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and successful implementation of new and existing product improvements.

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 – Commensurate with experience
