Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble, modify, and install hydraulic pipes and conductors.
2. Perform assigned tasks across different shifts, regardless of environmental conditions.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in aircraft mechanical assembly.
2. Familiarity with rotary or fixed-wing aircraft.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent.
4. Ability to interpret and work with technical documentation.
5. Legal right to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

• Accurately document tasks, maintain equipment status tags, and record critical details during installation.
• Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, and manuals.

Employment Details:

• Contract with HBAC.
• Gross hourly wages: $27.00 (Junior); $37.00 (Intermediate); $48.00 (Senior); $55.00 (Expert).
• 401(k) Match: 6%.
• PTO: 0.08 hours per hour worked.
• Permanence Bonus: $3,000 (Junior); $3,600 (Intermediate); $4,200 (Senior); $4,500 (Expert) annually.
• Raises: Approximately 3% increase in wages in the second and third years; wages to be renegotiated from the fourth year onward.
• Health Insurance: Reimbursed by HBAC up to $750, $1,000, $1,500, or $2,000 per month based on experience level, upon proof of payment.
• Overtime: +50% on top of gross wage from Monday to Saturday.
