Mission:

• Execute safe maintenance of Mechanical Rotating Equipment and Machinery, compliant with HSE rules, legislative regulations, and international standards.
• Perform activities in conformance with prescribed routed time to meet department objectives.
• Follow instructions and advice from hierarchy regarding acceptable attitudes and behaviors.

Tasks:

Maintenance Execution

• Ensure services are carried out in strict compliance with current HSE rules.
• Strictly comply with contractor instructions for smooth service execution.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance operations (routine and short-term).
• Identify and diagnose breakdowns or anomalies on equipment, devices, packages, or systems.
• Control and check equipment, installations, and materials at various intervention stages using measuring devices.
• Replace or repair defective elements or instruments.
• Carry out maintenance tasks needed for corrective and preventive maintenance of components, devices, packages, or systems.
• Maintain anticipation of potential problems in the production plant, collaborating closely with other sections to prevent non-productive or inefficient operations.

Maintenance control /reporting

• Participate in daily, weekly, and site coordination meetings as required by the Foreman.
• Prepare maintenance reports and breakdown reports for submission to the Foreman.
• Prepare comprehensive data reports on operations (routine or other).
• Inform the Foreman of any abnormal situations regarding stock of raw materials, consumables, and tools.
• Keep the Foreman informed on the progress of maintenance tasks and difficulties encountered.
• Follow up on maintenance activities through a Work Order system and approve reports via CMMS (SAP, UNISUP, MAXIMO, DATASTREAM, etc.).
• Perform final controls and associated maintenance tasks as planned by CMMS.
• Fill and sign data sheets representing the maintenance file.
• Update information in the CMMS.

QHSE/Training and Development

• Request and ensure the appropriateness of operating and maintenance procedures, asking for clarification if necessary.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety through language, behavior, and actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations of the subsidiary.
• Actively engage in self-training and development using available training tools.
• Seek support and clarification from the foreman/supervisor regarding training materials or vendor data sheets.
• Keep the on-the-job learning logbook updated when present at the site.
