Temporary Assignment - 12 weeks, possibly longer
Location: Chandler, AZ 85248

Shifts:

1. SHIFT 5: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Weds)
2. SHIFT 4: 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Sun, Mon, Tues, and every other Sat)
3. SHIFT 7: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and every other Weds)
4. SHIFT 6: 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM (Weds, Thurs, Fri, and every other Sat)

Pay rates: Day shift - $17/hr; Night shift - $18/hr

Responsibilities:

• Good problem-solving ability
• Self-starter capable of managing own activities and supporting team efforts
• Basic math skills required
• Flexible and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail
• Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email
• Ensure general cleanliness as part of housekeeping activities

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills
• Experience in FAB/manufacturing environment
• High safety awareness and adherence
• Self-motivated with quick learning ability and minimal supervision
• Attention to detail, energetic, passionate, customer-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible
• Experience in clean room environment highly preferred

Physical Demands:

• Constant walking and standing
• Occasional sitting, bending, and twisting
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
• Frequently push a cart with a force of up to 50 lbs
• Work across multiple factories, walking up to a quarter mile between locations
