Job summary

ACS Manufacturing, LLC. is seeking a Mechanical Technician to oversee the installation of compartments on equipment enclosures. You will assemble tank parts, fuel lines, pumps, filters, and mufflers, ensuring proper alignment of reservoirs and power components.

The role requires familiarity with shop environments, use of power tools, and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in variable conditions, and pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a shop/production environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical ability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install tank parts, fuel lines, pumps, filters, and mufflers.
• Install the 5-gallon oil reservoir and align it to the motor.
• Set and install battery boxes.
• Set isolators for the generators.
• Install emergency vents, normal vents, and couplings for oil and coolant lines.
• Mount filter to engine and tank.
• Maintain a clean, safe worksite and inspect completed work.
