In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Are 18 years or older and are authorized to work in the United States.

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED

  • Have a 2-year related technical degree in related manufacturing field, or relevant years of experience with high-speed manufacturing or precision maintenance.

  • Have experience with Machining, Fabrication, Blueprint reading and welding preferred.

  • Able to use precision measuring tools and understand function/use.

  • Can read and write basic English.

  • Have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)

  • Work schedule- Monday-Friday day shift and overtime or 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.

  • Willing to work in Team Environment sharing skills and knowledge.

  • Can physically work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, and enter confined spaces.

  • Can pass a pre-employment drug + background screening.

Starting Hourly Wage: $ 38.08 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. You’ll also enjoy a full benefits package, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan. Please note that the stated pay rate applies to US locations only.
