Job summary

salary: $32.14 - 41.12 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

• Manage the installation, alignment, and debugging of mechanical systems to meet critical milestone and timeline objectives for capacity additions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on complex manufacturing machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyor systems.
• Design and implement robust mechanical solutions to continuously improve equipment capability, reliability, and operational safety.
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues while protecting project scope, timing, and cost.
• Maintain engineering documentation and manage spare parts identification and inventory tracking across a two-plant footprint.
