Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Experience with HVAC, thermal management, or environmental control systems.
Experience with MBSE and requirements management is preferred.
Strong communication and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, define, and develop advanced HVAC and thermal management solutions for mission-critical U.S. Government systems.
Translate customer and program requirements into practical engineering solutions.
Develop engineering documentation and contribute to technical presentations and reviews.
Support MBSE efforts and maintain requirements traceability within a multidisciplinary team.
