Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or sustainment engineering.
• Strong experience with tolerances, stack-ups, GD&T, and print interpretation.
• Experience with small electromechanical products, robotics, aerospace components, or medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot component fit, tolerance stack-up, and assembly interference issues.
• Resolve drawing, print, redline, and designer assembly discrepancies.
• Improve work instructions, machine prep, and assembly repeatability.
