Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience on large-scale industrial or semiconductor projects in a Superintendent or supervisory role.
• Experience leading mechanical crews on complex manufacturing or cleanroom construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, UPW, chillers, boilers, exhaust and cleanroom systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and shop drawings.
• Strong verbal and written communication with engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA 10 Construction required; OSHA 30 Construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and schedules per project requirements.
• Manage and coordinate all mechanical subcontractor activities to support safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
• Monitor critical path activities, sequencing, and field productivity to align with the master schedule.
• Conduct regular field inspections to verify installation quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, QA/QC, commissioning, and other trades to resolve field issues.
• Communicate scope, expectations, and performance requirements to subcontractors.
• Lead mechanical planning and coordination to ensure proper sequencing and integration with other disciplines.
• Enforce site safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all mechanical trades.
• Track progress, identify delays or risks, and implement corrective actions to minimize impacts.
• Support system startup, commissioning, punch lists, and turnover activities.
