We are seeking an experienced Mechanic Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and repair operations for a large heavy civil construction fleet supporting a major data center project in El Paso, Texas.
This position will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 4–5 heavy equipment mechanics and up to 14 lube technicians, supporting a fleet of more than 240 pieces of heavy construction equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in heavy equipment maintenance and a hands‑on understanding of large‑scale earthwork and site development operations.
The fleet includes dozers, excavators, scrapers, articulated haul trucks, motor graders, loaders, water trucks, and other heavy civil equipment.

5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience, preferably in heavy civil construction, mining, aggregate, or large-scale earthwork.
