Mechanical Service Plumber - Powers- Central Arkansas

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying plumbing systems.
  • Disassembling and reassembling plumbing equipment for maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Using hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to service mechanical systems.
  • Responding to plumbing emergencies and diagnosing issues.
  • Adhering to regulatory statutes and maintaining maintenance records.
  • Ordering parts, managing vendor relationships, and safeguarding company assets.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to organize work, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and understanding of plumbing systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS.
  • Arkansas State Journeyman Plumbing License required.
  • 3-10 years of commercial plumbing experience.

Physical Demands:

  • Lift/carry 10-50 lbs., up to 100 lbs. with assistance; sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, perform repetitive motions.
  • Must pass background check, drug screening, and have a clean driving record.
