Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, logistics, or project coordination, preferably in construction or HVAC.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with dashboards or scheduling tools and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with HVAC or contracting processes is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish desired but not required.
• Must pass drug screening and prove US employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accessible schedule board showing crew assignments and timelines.
• Monitors crew availability, tracks progress, and resolves scheduling conflicts.
• Collaborates with Project Managers to adjust schedules based on demands.
• Maintains records of schedules and communications for reporting.
• Supports coordination between crews and Project Managers to drive project success.
