Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing; familiarity with chemical-processing equipment is a plus.
• Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing equipment reliability strategies.
• Manage the plant’s Mechanical Integrity Reliability Program.
• Identify areas for performance improvement using KPI and SAP logs.
• Evaluate and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Apply FMEA and RCFA for plant performance improvement.
