Job Description

You will be the Mechanical Quality Inspection Associate Manager for the Grand Prairie, Texas team. Our team develops and implements robust inspection methodologies to deliver high-quality products to customers.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Mechanical Quality Inspection Associate Manager, you will lead a team of Quality Inspectors to ensure compliance with specifications. You will drive quality excellence, leveraging your machining and inspection expertise to identify and mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize quality processes.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team to develop and implement inspection methodologies and processes
- Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and following established procedures
- Providing direction and assistance to subordinates as required
- Reviewing documentation to ensure quality standards are met
- Serving as a liaison with internal teams and stakeholders

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,400 - $150,650. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
