Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Mechanical and Propulsion Engineering Asc. Manager to lead a team of engineers in the design and development of a complex propulsion hot gas attitude control system. You will drive integration with IPTs and manage execution, schedule, budget, subcontracts, and personnel.

The role requires demonstrated experience leading teams, flight hardware familiarity, and the ability to operate across organizations; a DoD Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a team as a technical lead, LM L-Code lead, or similar management role.
• Experience with flight hardware or equivalent complex hardware systems.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
