Job summary

Yellowstone Local seeks a seasoned project manager to lead ground-up multifamily construction projects focused on HVAC and plumbing in Manassas, VA and surrounding metro areas.

You will oversee podium and mixed-use developments, manage scheduling, budgets, and documentation via Procore, and coordinate with field teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery. A strong leader who communicates clearly is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading plumbing project management.
• Experience in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing trades.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States.
• Self-starter who works independently and drives results.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up multifamily construction projects focused on HVAC and plumbing systems in Manassas, VA, and surrounding metro areas.
• Oversee large-scale podium and mixed-use developments ranging from 350 to 450 units.
• Use Procore to manage scheduling, budgets, documentation, and project communication.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project execution.
• Monitor timelines, costs, and resources to maintain profitability and efficiency.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to leadership and ownership.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Identify risks early and resolve issues to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Operate as a highly organized, self-directed leader who communicates clearly and consistently.
