Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through production. The ideal candidate will drive project delivery on time and within budget, coordinate with procurement, design engineering, manufacturing, and aftermarket teams, and mitigate risks across the lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 6+ years in mechanical project management or product development, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in mechanical project management or product development.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, including risk management.
• Experience collaborating with procurement, design engineering, manufacturing, and aftermarket teams.
• Working knowledge of Creo for reviewing or supporting mechanical designs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with procurement, design engineering, manufacturing, and aftermarket teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Support product development activities and engineering change management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and performance objectives.
