Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills as well as technical expertise in mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure project integration and efficiency.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources using tools like Microsoft Project and P6.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage change orders and maintain project documentation using Procore and Viewpoint.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to address any issues or updates.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction or mechanical industry.
• Proven experience with mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Bluebeam, P6, Microsoft Project, and Trimble.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and project management methodologies.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
