Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering required.
• 5–7 years of engineering experience in food manufacturing.
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency and drafting skills.
• Experience with capital projects and RFQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for capital and CI projects.
• Support equipment installations from concept through startup and closeout.
• Prepare RFQs and evaluate vendor proposals.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate installation activities with operations and contractors.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safe project execution.
