Job summary

Qualifications

• A four-year bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management or equivalent technical/field experience.
• Excellent communication skills in a team environment.
• Good understanding of MEP building systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; scheduling with Primavera 6 and AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality standards and legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Submittals, RFIs and other transmittals.
• Office coordination.
• Assist in change order development.
• Ensure that construction activities move according to pre-determined schedule.
• Assist in subcontractor productivity and tracking.
• Ensure project documents are complete with revisions and changes.
