Swanson Rink’s Mechanical Project Engineer partners with clients and mentors team members to execute complex projects. This position leads a team to complete assigned projects. Our Engineers are supported by Project Management and BIM staff, allowing focus on developing engineering solutions for clients.

Your Job Responsibilities

• Lead discipline-specific projects with minimal guidance
• Understand technical requirements and establish project plans
• Assign tasks, manage QA/QC processes
• Supervise staff and coordinate with the Engineer of Record
• Represent the company attentively and engage with clients and other disciplines

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited college
• PE registration and ability to obtain licensure in multiple states
• Willingness to travel and pass background/security checks
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary range of $110,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
