You will manage technical and construction projects, ensure compliance with MOC and process standards, and collaborate with Operations and outside contractors.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, 4+ years in refining/mfg, and strong knowledge of piping, fixed equipment, and ASME/API standards.

Job Summary The Marathon Los Angeles Refinery located in Wilmington/Carson, California has an opening for a Mechanical/ Project Engineer. This position is responsible for providing technical and mechanical support to the assigned Operating Area while developing and managing a wide range of engineering and construction projects. The available onsite schedules for the position are 9/80, 5/40 or 4/1, after-hour calls are expected a few times during a month and support of TAR once or twice a year.
