Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 5+ years leading product design projects and validation testing.
• Experience with root cause analysis and design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop product designs to meet performance, regulatory, quality and cost targets.
• Review technical feasibility of requirements.
• Lead VAVE activities to evaluate process improvements and cost reductions.
• Design and select robust components and develop engineering specs.
• Complete system integration tasks including layouts and design reviews.
• Support engineering teams and lab technicians.
• Develop lab test plans and analyze test data for product performance.
• Create and manage BOM structures in PLM.
