Lanco is seeking an Associate Product Engineer (Mechanical Engineer I) in Illinois to support design, development, testing, and documentation of mechanical components and assemblies. You will work under senior staff, build technical skills, and contribute to product development, sustaining engineering, cost reduction and manufacturing support.

Responsibilities include creating CAD drawings, supporting ECNs and BOMs, performing calculations, helping with prototyping, testing, and ensuring

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field from an accredited institution.
• Internship, co-op, senior design project, or practical engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with 3D CAD software and engineering documentation standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in design and development of mechanical components, systems, and assemblies.
• Create and revise engineering drawings and documentation using CAD software.
• Support ECNs, design releases, and configuration management processes.
• Perform basic engineering calculations and analyses to support design and validation.
• Assist with prototype development, testing, and root cause investigations.
• Participate in product improvement, cost reduction, and quality initiatives.
