TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a talented Mechanical Product Design Engineer to own the mechanical system architecture and detailed design for next-generation consumer networking products.

You will work with ID, Electrical/Hardware, and external suppliers to deliver production-ready designs. The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of design experience, strong Creo skills, and experience with plastics/metals, GD&T, and high-volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical/product design experience in consumer electronics or electro‑mechanical products.
• Strong proficiency with Creo; can produce release-ready CAD, drawings, and BOMs.
• Solid fundamentals in plastics/metals, injection molding, GD&T and high-volume manufacturing.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Willingness to travel up to support suppliers/CMs.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical system architecture and detailed design for next‑gen products.
• Collaborate with ID and Electrical/Hardware to define interfaces and constraints.
• Support thermal/EMI integration and tolerance stack‑up analysis.
• Create and release 3D/2D drawings and BOMs using Creo; apply GD&T.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in design reviews.
