Qualifications

• Proven experience managing mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination and CPM schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of construction operations from project start-up through closeout.
• Lead field personnel; supervise, train, and mentor teams.
• Drive BIM coordination and scheduling from preconstruction through installation.
