Associate Delivery Consultant at Spencer Ogden

Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop detailed work instructions and coordinate material procurement for mechanical and contract maintenance activities.
• Conduct field walkdowns to assess and improve work packages.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply, and Work Management to resolve planning issues.
• Define and prepare required procedures, permits, and documentation for maintenance and modification tasks.
• Ensure work packages meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Review and update maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with codes and vendor guidance.
• Oversee contractors and planners involved in package development.
• Support planning, scheduling, and troubleshooting meetings to align with station priorities.

Qualification Criteria:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a technical area (e.g., maintenance, engineering, operations, Maintenance Planning).
• Experience in a commercial nuclear power plant.
• Able to obtain Planner I qualification.
