Job summary

STEM Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to design and lead HVAC and MEP projects for large industrial and commercial facilities in Cincinnati. You will develop construction documents, manage technical aspects, and mentor junior staff.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, Revit proficiency, and a PE license, with strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive multi-discipline design efforts.

Qualifications

• BSME, BSMET, BSAE, or related degree.
• 5+ years of experience designing mechanical MEP systems.
• Ability to independently create construction documents.
• PE license required (recent PE welcome).
• Strong leadership, work ethic, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and design HVAC, hot water/chilled water, and critical process air handling systems.
• Design ductwork and installation details for heating/cooling systems, boilers.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Proficiency in Revit; AutoCAD experience preferred.
