Job summary

TechniPower, Inc. in Uniondale, NY seeks a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a production facility. You will maintain and repair industrial machinery and perform preventive maintenance.

This on-site, direct-hire role requires experience with pumps, HVAC, electrical and pneumatic systems, and the ability to read technical drawings to service complex equipment. Strong tool skills and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing pumps and various machinery.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience with inspecting and performing preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical panels and fire safety equipment.
• Lubrication and filter changes on machinery.
• Familiarity with vacuum, pneumatic, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

In this role you will be a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for a client in the electronic manufacturing industry. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial machinery with in a production facility.

This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.

The pay is $70,000 to $80,000

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience repairing pumps and carious machinery
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and technical manuals
• Must be able to conduct inspections and preventative maintenance checks on building systems, including HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical panels, and fire safety equipment
• Perform schedule lubrication and filter changes on machinery
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Must have knowledge of vacuum systems, plumbing. hvac and electrical systems
• Must have knowledge of pneumatic systems
