Job summary

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Baytown, TX. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of $32-$45/hour based on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintaining records. Candidates should have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience and be able to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing mechanical maintenance experience
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics
• Basic electrical knowledge related to mechanical equipment
• Experience with preventative maintenance and CMMS systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot, cold, noisy industrial environments
• Willingness to work overtime and rotating schedules as needed
