Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- Industrial manufacturing experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience supporting maintenance execution, outage planning, or capital project implementation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day engineering support to mechanical maintenance teams.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical equipment failures and develop practical solutions.
- Develop engineering work scopes for planned and corrective maintenance activities.
- Identify tooling, testing requirements, and contractor support for maintenance.
- Support outage planning and equipment commissioning and startup.
- Verify repairs meet engineering specifications before startup.
- Participate in investigations of significant equipment failures and RCFA as needed.
- Lead continuous improvement to improve maintainability and reduce downtime.
