In this role, you will collaborate with an engineering team to design innovative automated machines. Ideal candidates possess a degree in mechanical engineering and familiarity with tools like Solidworks and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Proficiency in Solidworks and AutoCAD is required.
• Strong project management skills are a plus.
• Project management experience.
• Creativity and problem solving skills.
• Very high mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering team to design automated machines.
• Specify components like motors, gearboxes, sensors, etc.
• Build bill of materials and support manufacturing.
• Support in-house manufacturing, testing and customer runoff.
• Interact with customers throughout design, build and runoff processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering team to design automated machines, often one of a kind
• Specify components including: Motors, gearboxes, other power transmission, air cylinders, valving, vacuum, sensors, etc.
• Build bill of materials
• Support in house manufacturing, testing and customer runoff
• Interaction with customers throughout the design, build and runoff processes
