Job summary

HDR is offering a Mechanical Intern - Summer 2027 position designed to provide hands-on engineering experience through real-world projects. You will work under direct supervision and participate in mentoring programs with company leaders, gaining exposure to standard engineering techniques and procedures.

The role emphasizes active participation in HDR’s employee-owned culture, collaboration with teams, and development of problem-solving and communication skills in a professional setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program.
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry.
• Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities
