Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Mechanical Integration & Test Engineer to join their team in Gardena, California. The role involves owning mechanical integration of production equipment and tooling across manufacturing lines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, hands-on design experience, and proficiency in CAD software like NX or SolidWorks. This position offers a salary range of $110,000 to $135,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including medical insurance and 401(k) access.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on mechanical design, assembly, test, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T.
• Strong hands-on skills and comfort building, debugging, and modifying hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own the mechanical integration of production equipment into manufacturing lines.
• Lead mechanical bring-up, debug, and ramp of new production cells.
• Evaluate proposed designs for manufacturability and integration.
