Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Mechanical Integration Lead to drive installation, integration, and deployment of material handling equipment across multiple fulfillment center sites in North America. You will manage mechanical installation crews, lead QC and commissioning, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to deliver safe, on-time, cost-conscious results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading people in automated, industrial environments.
• Experience with packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems is preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and lead mechanical installation crews across North America.
• Lead mechanical QC, commissioning, and belt/run-in tests.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain and operations to ensure safety, timeline, and budget goals.
• Develop and maintain installation standards, procedures, and documentation.
