Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials around pipes, ducts, tanks, and equipment.
• Install insulation using adhesives, bands, wire, and specialized fastening systems.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine insulation requirements.
• Remove and replace damaged insulation during maintenance or repairs.
• Apply protective coverings such as metal jacketing or vapor barriers.
• Follow safety procedures while working in industrial facilities, commercial buildings, power plants, refineries, and construction sites
