Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage multiple projects with installers, ensuring work meets company standards and client specs.
• Apply knowledge of insulating HVAC ducts, pipes, equipment, and plumbing to support project execution and quality control.
• Review blueprints, job specs and submittals; perform material take-offs to support scheduling and procurement.
• Lead safety meetings; enforce safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Utilize project management software and insulation knowledge to achieve successful outcomes.
