Job summary

Luse Contracting Group, based in Aurora, IL, is seeking a Project Engineer / Early Career Project Manager - Mechanical Insulation to oversee estimates, bid wins, and execution across the greater Chicagoland area. The role targets developing client relationships and delivering projects from inception to closeout, with annual sales responsibility of $2–$4 million once established.

You will define scope, timeline, and resource needs; mentor team members and subcontractors; attend industry events

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associates Degree or 2+ years related work experience.
• Field experience and/or familiarity with mechanical drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from inception to closeout.
• Define scope, timeline and goals, and estimate required resources.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Attend industry events, conferences and training sessions.
• Collaborate across Luse service lines and geographies to grow the business.
