Responsibilities
- Coordinate, install, de-install, relocate and/or upgrade high-value complex equipment in settings such as hospitals, universities, and Federal Buildings.
- Work with equipment across modalities (e.g., AXA, AXD, CT, MR, NM) and related technical paraphernalia.
- Travel up to 100% across the country.
- Maintain integrity of confidential information and strong customer relationships, adhering to PROBO SOPs, customer requirements, and applicable guidelines.
- Follow all safety OSHA guidelines and maintain a safe work environment through safe work practices.
- Deliver safe and timely installations to customers; assist the Team Leader with documentation in accordance with PROBO SOP and customer requirements.
- Represent PROBO and the customer professionally and courteously; assist with quality and compliance to PROBO SOP, customer requirements, and ISO 9001:2008, ensuring processes are followed by team members.
- Coordinate suppliers and direct on-site deliveries of equipment in collaboration with the Team Leader.

Qualifications
- Required Education and Experience: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to speak effectively before groups; ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs; ability to read metric and standard measurements and use leveling methods; possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Preferred Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED, Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Travel Requirements: The position requires the ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
- Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Physical and mental requirements include dexterity, hand-eye coordination, ability to work on a ladder, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs of cables or equipment.
