We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to support the development of innovative, high-volume video conferencing products.
This role requires a strong mechanical engineering foundation combined with a rapid-prototyping mindset and the ability to turn design concepts into functional, scalable product designs.
The successful candidate will work closely with industrial design, audio, thermal, electrical, manufacturing, and other engineering teams to evaluate concepts, identify design tradeoffs, and make rapid, evidence-based design decisions.
The engineer will create prototypes, conduct or coordinate testing, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly to advance products from early concepts through production-ready designs.
This position is ideal for an engineer who is comfortable working through ambiguity, collaborating across technical disciplines, and developing mechanical solutions that can scale beyond one-off prototypes to commercial manufacturing volumes.
Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in engineering design and solutions, implementation across hardware development lifecycle, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is 110,300.00 - 159,950.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
