Bechtel Corporation is seeking a leader for a project in Lake Charles, Louisiana, to supervise teams and manage productivity. The ideal candidate will have over 13 years of experience in LNG construction, focusing on the development and compliance of projects while leading crafts.
Responsibilities include preparing reports, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety standards on site. Strong knowledge in construction methods, materials, and compliance with specifications is essential for this role, which includes the management of large construction teams.

Louisiana LNG is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project includes a mid-scale, mixed-refrigerant LNG production and export facility on the west side of the Calcasieu River, with five identical process plants and associated utilities, tanks, and berths.
In this role, you will lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project. You will direct craft professional activities and work schedules, coordinate subcontract work activities, and support team development. You will ensure craft professionals have the tools required to be productive, comply with project policies and procedures, and perform within specifications, schedules and budgets.
PFS Tier I – most applicable to Area Superintendents and PFSs on projects (<$250m) of moderate complexity and few stakeholders involved.

Field inspections are required, including walking on a construction site, climbing ladders and scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, uneven surfaces, and confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must be able to enter/egress the project site and wear PPE as required (e.g., harness, life vest, lift buckets).
