Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead our Special Projects field team. You will direct plumbing/pipefitter crews, enforce safety rules, and ensure work aligns with budget and quality standards on site.

You will interpret drawings, manage resources, and coach teammates to deliver projects safely and efficiently. A strong knowledge of codes and coordination with trades is essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience directing field crews and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and related codes.
  • Proven ability to read blueprints, submittals, and specifications to guide installations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day tasks of plumbing/pipefitter crews and helpers.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, and tools to meet construction schedules.
  • Inspect in-progress and completed work for conformance to specs.
  • Schedule deliveries and coordinate subcontractors to keep the site on track.
  • Coach and mentor teammates to improve safety and productivity.
