Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is expanding into mechanical work and seeks a Mechanical Foreman to lead projects, ensuring high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee scope with the project superintendent and trades, mentor crews, manage materials and manpower, and use technology (iPad and smartphone) to keep times, budgets, and expectations on track. Training is available at our St. Petersburg, Florida facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise multi-million-dollar mechanical projects.
• Journeyman or master license preferred.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Knowledge of IECC, ICC, ASHRAE codes and local safety standards.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
