Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Foreman to lead our expanding mechanical projects. You will supervise field teams, manage scope, and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across multimillion-dollar installs.

The role leverages iPads and on-site training at our St. Petersburg facility, with travel to job sites as required. Ideal candidates have OSHA 30, 5+ years as a field supervisor in mechanical disciplines, and a journeyman or master license.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as field supervisor on multimillion-dollar projects.
• Journeyman or master license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of IECC, ICC, and ASHRAE standards; local codes; and construction safety requirements.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with project Superintendent and other trades, oversee the assigned scope, including the management of material and manpower.
• Accountable for enforcing and promoting high quality and safety standards.
• Utilize technology such as company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure the job gets done on time and exceeds customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on designated scope.
