Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading blueprints and using hand tools to assemble mechanical components.
• Experience with power tools (drills, impact wrenches, torque wrenches) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, solutions-focused, and productive attitude aligned with plant goals.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assemble components.
• Use forklifts and overhead cranes to transport components within the facility.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting and document corrective actions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Assist with basic maintenance and support engineering or electrical teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate production records and quantities completed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
