Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of estimating, engineering, or trade experience related to mechanical construction.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office – Word and Excel.
• Solid understanding of how to interpret drawings of buildings.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposal and drawings to determine the scope of work.
• Estimate sizes, distances, and quantities as needed.
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements at regular intervals.
