The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimating experience with a mechanical subcontractor and strong knowledge of plumbing systems and codes. Proficiency with estimating software a must.

• 5+ years of estimating experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with estimating software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform takeoffs for commercial and industrial mechanical projects up to seven figures.
• Read specifications and bid documents to prepare accurate estimates.
• Submit RFIs, attend walkthroughs and job inspections as needed.
• Obtain bids from vendors and subs and maintain estimating software as required.
